Business needs may require an employee to be assigned to work in a Venable office other than the employee’s regularly assigned location. Should this occur, employees may be reimbursed per the Pay Policies where appropriate. Appearance and Dress Individual appearance is an important aspect of Venable’s overall business environment and image. Employees are expected to be properly dressed and well-groomed in a manner appropriate for a professional business setting. Office Conduct We view service to our clients as one of our most important responsibilities, and take pride in presenting ourselves in a professional, businesslike manner. Employees are asked to demonstrate this same commitment by extending every courtesy to clients, business visitors, and to fellow employees. Inclement Weather and Office Closure We care about our employees’ well-being and safety and ask employees to use personal judgment and discretion in determining whether it is safe to travel and report to work. It is Venable’s policy to remain open during normal working hours during inclement weather in order to provide the service our clients require and expect from us. Employees are expected to make every reasonable effort to report to work as close to their normal time of arrival as possible. In cases of severe inclement weather or when other conditions arise, Venable has developed a three-
