Electronic Communications and Office Equipment Venable provides employees the tools they need to perform their jobs faster and smarter. These tools, including but not limited to electronic and telephone communication systems, computers, scanning and fax machines, desks, file cabinets and other business equipment, are the property of Venable. The Firm reserves the right to access information including email, and to open or search desks and cabinets, at any time, at our discretion if necessary. The Firm also reserves the right to monitor, delete or restore employee access, without notice, at any time. All existing Firm policies apply to your conduct on the internet and e-mail systems, especially (but not exclusively) those that deal with workplace conduct, anti-harassment, discrimination, business ethics, and client confidentiality.
