on the employee’s last day of employment. Exit interviews will be scheduled by Human Resources. Benefit information will be mailed to the employee. Non-Solicitation Employees may not distribute literature during work time or in work areas or solicit other employees for any cause or purpose during work time. Work time does not include meal or rest breaks or other when all persons involved are off duty. Persons who are not employed by the Firm are prohibited from soliciting any employee or distributing literature on Firm jobsites, premises, or at employee work locations at any time. The Firm does not prohibit, and has no intention of prohibiting, employees from engaging in protected activities under the National Labor Relations Act (“NLRA”).
