As an example, if you were hired at any time in 2021, you will reach your 3 rd anniversary year in 2024 and will start accruing at the higher level, i.e., 21 days, on January 1, 2024. Similarly, you will reach your 10 th anniversary in 2031 and will start accruing 26 days on January 1, 2031.

Lateral hires after 1/1/17: New hires who are part of incoming lateral merger arrangements will have their PTO tier grandfathered to the date they began supporting the attorney who is part of the incoming lateral arrangements.
