Workplace Accidents Any workplace injury or illness should be reported as soon as possible to the Benefits Department at benefits@venable.com. You will be provided with an Incident Report. Scan the completed document to benefits@venable.com. Your incident will be reported to the Firm’s workers compensation carrier to determine compensability and this carrier will be the main point of contact for the remainder of the process. New York HERO Airborne Infectious Exposure Prevention Plan The purpose of this Plan is to protect employees against exposure and disease during an airborne infectious disease outbreak. This Plan goes into effect when an airborne infectious disease is designated by the New York State Commissioner of Health as a highly contagious, communicable disease that presents a serious risk of harm to public health. This Plan is subject to any additional or more stringent requirements, as well as any additional federal standards, arising from a declaration of a state of emergency due to an airborne infectious disease. You should report any questions or concerns regarding the implementation of this Plan to Linda Shaul or Mike Barnes.

This Plan applies to all employees of the Firm in the New York offices.

The Firm will not discriminate, threaten, retaliate against, or take adverse action against you for exercising your rights under this Plan, including reporting conduct you reasonably believe in good faith violates the Plan for airborne infectious disease concerns to the Firm, government agencies or officials, or for refusing to work where you
